1. Remove it from the app
- Facebook, Twitch, Kick: open SplitCam → tap + (Channels) → open the channel → Delete channel.
- YouTube (SplitCam for Android 6.10.16 and later): open SplitCam → tap + (Channels) → Add New Channel → YouTube → Log out of account. This revokes SplitCam's access at Google and deletes the YouTube data stored in the app. Deleting data in SplitCam does not change anything on YouTube: your broadcasts, recordings and channel data stay there until you delete them in YouTube or YouTube Studio.
- YouTube (SplitCam for iOS, Windows and macOS, and earlier versions of SplitCam for Android): remove the YouTube channel or log out of YouTube in the channel settings of the app. To revoke SplitCam's access at Google, use step 3.
- Or uninstall SplitCam — this deletes all its data from the device.
2. Revoke SplitCam's access on Facebook
- Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → SplitCam Live Streaming → Remove.
- You can also delete the posts, videos and events SplitCam published on your timeline or Page (for example, recordings of your live broadcasts). Recordings stay on Facebook until you delete them there.
3. Other platforms
- YouTube: open security.google.com/settings/security/permissions → SplitCam → Remove access. SplitCam for Android 6.10.16 and later then deletes the channel and the YouTube data it stores at its next weekly sign-in check, which is made when the app starts. In the other SplitCam apps and in earlier versions of SplitCam for Android, also remove the YouTube channel in the app (step 1).
- Twitch: Settings → Connections → SplitCam → Disconnect.
- Kick: Settings → Connections → SplitCam → Disconnect.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot do the steps above, write to support@splitcam.com with the subject “Data deletion” and the name of your account. We will delete the data we hold about you as soon as possible, within 7 days at the latest, and confirm it to you by email. SplitCam servers do not store your account data, so in most cases steps 1–3 are all that is needed. Deleting data at your request does not change anything on YouTube.
