The rules for using the SplitCam apps and the splitcam.com website, including your streaming accounts and YouTube.
These Terms of Use apply to the SplitCam apps for Android, iOS, Windows and macOS and to the splitcam.com website. SplitCam is provided by MyDocs Ltd., 83 Jerusalem St., Rishon LeZion, Israel. The SplitCam software for Windows and macOS is also licensed under the License Agreement. By using the apps or the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
The apps and the website are free to use. You can use the apps to broadcast live video from your device and to manage your broadcasts and live chat on the streaming platforms you connect. You are responsible for what you broadcast. Make sure you have the right to broadcast it, and follow the laws that apply to you and the rules of each platform you broadcast on. Do not use SplitCam to broadcast illegal content. Do not use it to violate other people's rights or to disrupt a platform, the apps or the website.
The apps let you connect your accounts on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitch and Kick, so that they can start live broadcasts and show your live chat. When you use a platform through SplitCam, the terms and policies of that platform also apply. SplitCam asks only for the permissions the platform shows you and uses them as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect an account or revoke SplitCam's access at any time — see Data deletion.
SplitCam uses YouTube API Services. By using SplitCam's YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy describes how Google handles your data. You can revoke SplitCam's access to your YouTube data at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
The SplitCam name, logo and apps remain the property of SplitCam and its suppliers. The names YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and Kick belong to their owners. You can use the apps for personal or internal business purposes. The restrictions in the License Agreement apply to all SplitCam apps in the same way as to the Windows and macOS software. The apps and the website are provided free of charge and “as is”, without any warranty. The disclaimer of warranty and the limitation of liability in the License Agreement apply to them as well, as far as the law allows.
We can update these terms. The current version is always on this page. If you keep using the apps or the website after a change, you accept the new version. Changes to these terms do not change the License Agreement.
