Hi, I've been trying to install the new 2025 updates, but every time I try, I get this error: "There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
I've cleaned my PC several times and tried to install the program many times, but I always get this message in the middle of the installation, and I can't continue installing the program.

I'd appreciate it if anyone here could guide me.

Audio Delay or Audio Offset Plus and Minus. When I recorded in the delay off position, I still felt a slower sound delay than the video, then I tried adding 100 ms to 300 ms and it turned out that the delay was even more pronounced. That's why I suggest there is a minus delay to synchronize audio with video, like the one in tiktok live studio called audio offset with minus and plus. This will be even more pronounced when the virtual splitcam camera function is sent to another place such as tiktok live studio, OBS, Prismlive etc. Hopefully this will make splitcam even better. Thanks

Audio Or Video Playlist It would be better if there was an additional feature as a reference so that when we have several scenes, the songs or videos we play are still the same, when moving between scenes there is no change in the order of the songs or videos.

The compressor in the audio mixer should be brought back, because it is very important when we talk with a moving head, the sound will remain at a steady volume. I found that feature in splitcam version 10.7.32. Very good and very useful. Thx

Ok heres the thing
i using a website called Hyperbeam it allows u to use camera...it recognizes the cam on the list
but black screen does not show me what its streaming. everything else works on other platforms, including Paltalk, facebook live youtube.. but doesnt show on Hyperbeam.. am i doing something wrong...cause works on others..i get a black screen
