Format Date and Time

Hello Folks. Thanks for your help and apologize my poor non google translate oriented english.

https://splitcam.com/blog/2012/all-splitcam-features-video-tutorial.html, splitcam teoretically have hability to change date and time format, but, unfortunatelly, on version 10.7.7 I don't found no one of these resources to format date and time to exibition.
How I can proceed to format time as dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss?
