FEATURE REQUESTS AND SUGGESTIONS / Re: Audio or Music Visualizer
Last post by xtalkprogrammer -
I'm not a fan of this suggestion. SplitCam would need resources to analyse the sound and display the soundwave. I need these resources dearly for streaming. I don't want SplitCam to do anything besides streaming. All resources should go to enhanced performance.
Could you please explain how having a soundwave would help the content creator during stream?

FEATURE REQUESTS AND SUGGESTIONS / Fix cumbersome scroll bar
Last post by xtalkprogrammer -
Using the scroll bar that separates the list of scenes from the media is cumbersome, especially on 4K screens (and higher). Scrolling a list of more than 8 scenes is also very slow. Moreover, when I try to scroll by grabbing the thumb of the scrollbar, I always grab the thumbnail of a scene and mess up my entire set-up.

Could we please have an old-fashioned scroll bar that's always visible, always the same size, and scrolls at the same speed regardless of the number of scenes (I mean, always requiring the same number of scroll wheel turns to move the next thumbnail into view, preferable one turn per thumbnail)?

FEATURE REQUESTS AND SUGGESTIONS / Re: Audio or Music Visualizer

I suggest adding audio visualizer effects for voice or music control in addition to enhancing the appearance like those in prismelive studio.

Can you explain more please?

An audio visualizer is a graphic representation of audio output. In real-time, it analyzes the frequencies and amplitudes of sound, then translates them into visual patterns such as bars, waves, or geometric shapes that move in sync with the music or sound. These visualizers enhance the listening experience by providing dynamic visual feedback. I found this feature in Prismlive Studio. Thank you for your attention  8)

SPLITCAM TECH SUPPORT / Speed settings for drag racing-slot cars
Last post by SlotcarsNYC -
Hi, wonderful product, thanks to the developers. I have a " speed question. " I am using two webcams, both 2MP , one Logitech and another generic one, using on a minicomputer. I am using this set up to record my slot car drag races ( 13 feet).  One facing the start of the race, the other facing the finish line. on playback, i notice the speed is slow, meaning, as if not in real time, not a blur, but just see the cars but as if they are in slow motion.

What settings would you suggest? I think each camera is at 30fps, but on the application, i think I saw up to 60 fps, i have mine set at 30fps.

Note, i understand these are not made to capture speed, but asking.

scale speed of slot cars are about 25mph to 35 mph.
