Hi, I normally use Splitcam video driver with Streamate, but now whenever I go to stream my full Splitcam screen doesn't show up on Streamate, it shows as slightly zoomed and to the right. I know it's a Splitcam issue and not a Streamate issue because if I switch to OBS virtual camera it shows as normal. I haven't changed my settings, they are still at 1920 x 1080p. Is there a way to fix this?
Lovense had some changes recently and we also had to update the version as soon it might not be possible to use the Lovense version under 3.00. I am using the latest version of Splitcam and the addon available from your website with the update that comes once you download it but i am getting the following error when online only on StripChat. Everything looks connected the toys are shown in the menu everything looks alright but at random intervals the toy menu disappears from availability for members but i don't see any notice of that happening. The only way i can activate the menu back is to remove it from Lovense connect the toys and redo the connection.

I am running Windows 10 Pro 22H2 in a Hyper-V Virtual Machine. When I try and open the SplitCam application, the UI is not displayed. If I look in Task Manager I can see splitcam.exe is running in the background. I have tried all of the Compatibility mode options but none make a difference.

Hi all. I have mac mini M1 with 16 GB of RAM and Sonoma 14.3.1. I'm using SplitCam 1.14 (I think that's the latest version as of now). I'm trying to add a remote camera to use it in the meeting. I add the remote mobile camera that uses vdo.splitstream.com website. I then use the SplitCam camera in Google Meet meeting.
It works nearly perfect. SplitCam properly captures the video and the audio from the camera and shows it well. Google Meet uses the camera and the audio properly from Split Cam. However, the audio in Google Meet is delayed by like 2 seconds. Same in other platforms like MS Teams.
It seems to me that SplitCam outputs video and audio out of sync. When I say something, I can see the audio bar properly synced with video in SplitCam itself, so I believe the output is wrong.

Thank you. But unfortunately there are clearly issues with my PC configuration. The use of ram and CPU resources are huge. I'm not a developer, so I cannot say if the culprit are drivers, the software, whatever. What I can say is that I switched to another software with similar features and everything is ok. Maybe future updates will solve these problems. Thank you.

Hello The skin smoother and other effects work on GPU , if do you use them that can slow youк pc if you dont have GPU or your GPU no so powerful.
The hold shift with start splitcam software reset all setting to default .
Thank you for replying. I will try. But what exactly does this operation do? My laptop is not the fastest in the world, but a good compromise, being a 12th Intel generation. I like the software, but if it continues like this I will be forced to switch to other competitors... I have already tried other softwares and they don't have the same problem.

Good afternoon Installed the new version 10.7.38. When you turn on Skin Smoother, the video starts to lag by 3-5 seconds. What is the problem? How to solve? Or is there no solution to this problem?
