Try to change snapshot saving folder in splitcam settings.
I'm constantly seeing this error in the log:
00:22:32 Thumbnail save error: failed to take snapshot
(Time varies, obviously).
What could be the reason?

Click to sun near the stream settings button there choose canvas effects and transitions, there change it
