Improve UI consistency

- I actually have a screenshot prepared (17KB) but it cannot be uploaded, An error "huh.jpg : The post data is missing. ..."
- Anyway if I add a "Web Camera" layer, to its right are 5 icons at the bottom to toggle face masking/blur/remove background

# Problems:
1. Face masking (3rd icon) is greyed when disabled, white when enabled (Great)
2. Blur background (4rd icon) is always white, with an added red O when enabled (Why not make it grey/white for consistency)
3. Remove background (5th icon) is always white, with an added red X when enabled (Why not make it grey/white for consistency)
4. Shadow effect (1st icon) should also be grey/white instead of a mixture of colors
