SplitCam UI is not displayed - runs in background

I am running Windows 10 Pro 22H2 in a Hyper-V Virtual Machine. When I try and open the SplitCam application, the UI is not displayed. If I look in Task Manager I can see splitcam.exe is running in the background. I have tried all of the Compatibility mode options but none make a difference.
