Splitcam is not running on Windows Server 2019 Datacenter

Hello,

I've got an issue with Splitcam v10.7.18 on Windows Server 2019 Datacenter.
It runs, but I cannot see it main window.
I can see it only in TaskManager.
I've tried everything, but nothing worked
The same problem I've got on Windows Server 2016.
Other webcam programs run ok, but I want to use Splitcam.
