greenscreen isn't working on my friends pc

Ok so i decide to share your software with my friend he downloaded it
when he tries to remove the Green from an image...instead of the background going black like mine does...his
is grey  making the image layer not transparent.. do you know a fix for this issue
thank you i appreciate you reading this and will help as i go along finding the bugs  as i catch them

Hello. Can you send, please, video this you friend with greenscrin disabled (I can enable greenscreen on video to see the result )? I need to test it by myself to find the issue. You can send it to [email protected]. Thank you.

do you want him to take a video of him trying to get the greenscreen to work...it doesnt work with a jpeg... but works on my pc instead of going black like mine does...its dark grey and isn't transparent only leave a green outline

Did you try to select the color manually?
You can save video by SplitCam.. button on right down side..
