File recorder error September 14, 2024, 01:23:03 AM Hey I just installed the SplitCam Software and tried to do test recording but this error message occurs every time I tried to save the file using ‘save as’, “File recorder error”. A small file of 262 bytes is saved but that is obvious not right for the test recording.Further that file is not able to be opened by Media Player which gives a further error saying it cannot open file because possibly file type is unsupported, or file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt. If one of the Techs could leave a reply to explain how I resolve this problem that would be fantastic.
