Split Cam Video Driver not showing on browser or pc under manage cameras setting

So currently I am using omegle with Splitcam by using OBS as a virtual camera to stream to Splitcam and from there use it as my camera for the web browser. Initially I had no problems as SplitCam video driver just appeared out of nowhere on my browser and laptop and I selected it and everything was perfectly fine. However, I wanted to switch my laptop back to my normal integrated camera so I disabled the Splitcam one and now I can't see it anywhere anymore. It is not a choice in my manage camera settings option and it no longer shows in my browser as a camera to select. Hopefully someone can help me. Thanks.

It's happening to me, and I've reinstalled the system, and it's still not working...
