SPLITCAM TECH SUPPORT / Is there a maximum upload speed to Splitcam "with Restream ON"
Last post by Ziggles -
Having issues with Splitcam. My settings are 1080p and 30 fps and 9000 bitrate. My upload speed is tested at over 20mbps. My download speed is over 200mbps. When I try to stream "with Restream ON" at 9000 bitrate I can see that my upload speed does not exceed 6mbps. My stream stutters a lot and lags. When I try it at 9000 bitrate "with restream OFF" I have no issues and my stream is buttery smooth at 9mbps. When I set it to 5000 bitrate "with Restream ON" my upload is at around 5mbps and the stream is decent. It stutters a little bit every couple of minutes. I would like to stream at a higher bitrate so I can enable 60fps at 1080p. Can you advise on what the issue might be?
Is there a maximum upload speed to Splitcam "with Restream ON"?

Last post by Pascal-1976 -
Hey Hey All

Im using Splitcam for CB and SC
A friend of mine does too
She uses the recommended settings
Res: 1920x1080, Fps 30.00, vid format NV12 Bitrate 5000
only when she's online on CB her nitrate often drops to 2000kbps and swings much between 4000 and 5500

anyone knows a solution to this?

SPLITCAM TECH SUPPORT / Re: Yotube-Can't continue without a successful authentication.

Hi,

Thank you for using SplitCam software. To be able to live stream to YouTube you need to enable " Intermediate features" option in your channel settings. Please go to YouTube Cahnnel Features and make sure the second option " Intermediate features" is enabled. See example.

If this option is enabled but you still can't login to your YouTube account in SplitCam, try clearing the cache. To do this, go to Menu->Reset. In the dialog that opens select the Delete cached internet files checkbox. Leave other boxes unchecked. Then click the Reset button.
