FEATURE REQUESTS AND SUGGESTIONS / Separate audio stream from Firewire DV cameras
My feature request is to receive a Firewire DV stream and break out the audio and video stream components.
Windows will allow the DV stream to be used as a camera but you can only get the audio component with NLE software, and only when capturing a DV stream to disk.
Simply put: Please create a virtual audio source for a DV source so that normal streaming software can capture sound from DV streams. Bonus points for HDV support
