SPLITCAM TECH SUPPORT / UNEXPECTED ERROR with 10.7.18

After Updating Splitcam from 10.6.25 to the newest version i get an Error Message:

UNEXPECTED ERROR. See log output for more info. code: 0xC0000005. Flags: 0. Address: 0x00007FF70AE8C65B

Same situation on second computer, both if i have an IP Cam as Source.
Delete the Source and i can start SplitCam without the Error message.

If i don't accept the message, SplitCam still works, i can see the video preview and also the virtual cam shows me the video. But if i Click on OK Button in the Error Message Box, SplitCam closes.

first PC with Windows 10 (DELL), other Laptop with Windows 11 (ASUS).

found an old 10.5.80 setup file in my archived downloads. Downgrade to this version, here everything works, but i am still interesting in installing the newest version.

SPLITCAM TECH SUPPORT / Fatal Error

I Have the same issue on different machines,  If I launch splitcam with an ip camera attached i received a fatal error hit ok and it closes, I have to launch the software, delete the camera, then click ok to the fatal error, and it stays open, i can then immiediately add back the ip camera and it works properly.

Please help, I would love to resolve thise

SPLITCAM TECH SUPPORT / Splitcam is not running on Windows Server 2019 Datacenter

Hello,

I've got an issue with Splitcam v10.7.18 on Windows Server 2019 Datacenter.
It runs, but I cannot see it main window.
I can see it only in TaskManager.
I've tried everything, but nothing worked
The same problem I've got on Windows Server 2016.
Other webcam programs run ok, but I want to use Splitcam.

Hi,

Sorry, but it’s not quite clear what you mean. What do you mean by “live in full screen”? And what do you mean by “video apps lead to jamming”?

You can maximize SplitCam to full screen by following these steps:

1. First minimize the main SplitCam video.
2. You will see a floating SplitCam window which you can maximize to full screen by clicking the Maximize button at the top-right of the window.

If it’s ok for you we could agree to meet online so that you can show me your desktop and explain what problems your are experiencing.
