Blank Share Screen in Windows 10



Before and after update to 10.4.39 x64 beta still got blank screen share, is there solution for this?
using Windows 10 Home 64 bit and even if disabling Kaspersky still got blank screen share
and here is the log:

Hello
Please update your video card drivers.
And update your DirectX.

I did the update of the drivers and DirecX but I still have black screen for IP Cam (RTSP)

Installation of MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ 2019 RUNTIME fix the issue for me. This should be added as system requirements.

Try to test new version 10.4.63 or higher
