Print Page - Some Functions are Disabled ？

I downloarded v10.3.21. The menus of some functions seems to be disabled .
Save, Save as, Open, Log in, Setting... Almost menus are greyout.
Also, Zoom in & out function seems to be disabled. Click video, hit Num pad + or -, nothing happens.
How can I use these functions ?

I'm having the same problem. I'm running version 10.3.66 x64 beta. I have uninstalled and downloaded again but the fault remains.

Zoom work you just need click ctrl + scroll or alt +scroll
