In version 10.0.43 I can not make display my webcam to cover the full screen it does A cinematic view when I'm on www.paltalk.com.
also when I play a looping 6 second mp4 it doesn't work in 10.0.43 and it worked in 9.0.9. I can send you the clip if you would like to try it out.
