I am attempting to use the flip horizontally and flip vertically effects at the same time as I have mounted a cam upside down.
Is there an effect that can do both or a way to use both effects simultaneously?

Is there a setting that needs to be changed to be able to use both horizontal flip and vertical flip simultaneously?
I downloaded the latest version and still can choose either or but not both together. I have used Zoom with much success as it allows the camera image to be rotated 90 degrees rather than flipped.
I attached file with screenshot, you can see in video sources two buttons in orange circle, this buttons rotates horizontally and vertically.
