Title: I'm trying to hook up my capture card as a webcam and its black?

Its how I did it on obs 🤷♀️ but the capture card just shows up black. If I open streamelements obs its fine. I cant even refresh the source in the app. Rebooting didn't help and unplugging it didn't help
