Title: Chromakey option not available with IP camera

I don't see the chromakey options when using a IP-camera.
Tested this by adding the IP-camera as a (virtual) webcam, as Webcam the Chromakey options are there. Would be nice to have these available directly under IP-camera settings.

Also tested on Version 10.4.96 (01/20/2021) not available for IP cams.
Available for video's and webcam.
