Title: high gpu usage on blur background effect

Dear All,
I configured a new pc with an Intel Core Ultra 7 265K with 32Gb Ram. I am using the embedded GPU INTEL Arc Xe-LPG Graphics 64EU.
When i use blur background filter, the GPU goes to almost 100% utilization, and everything is laggy. What GPU you recommend? Is it normal for this quite powerfull integrated GPU to not handle that effect?

Please recommend a model. A Nvidia 4060 8Gb is enough?
