Yes, it is expected behavior if any files are modified in the installation folder. The files will be restored every time you run SplitCam.

If you didn’t make any changes to the files in the installation folder then you should check your system for viruses.

Please download and install the latest prerelease update of SplitCam v10.7.31. It has better video recording quality albeit at the price of higher processor load. This version also has some known bug fixes and new features, including the new Spot Light video filter found in Artistic category of filters.

Please download and install the latest prerelease update of SplitCam v 10.7.31. The NDI problem with Video Pencil has been solved. please mind, it may take up to a minute for an NDI source to start video transmission. The layer might be transparent while waiting for incoming video.

Hi, thanks for using SplitCam!

For the task of switching scenes in SplitCam without first bringing the SplitCams' main window to front you can use global hotkeys: Alt-Shift-1 to activate the first scene, Alt-Shift-2 for the second scene, etc.

You can find the list of all available hotkeys in Program Settings dialog on the Hotkeys tab. Unfortunately you cannot assign your own key combinations at the moment.

Could you please try to share the screen once again and send me the log file located at %localappdata%\SplitCam\splitcam.log. The log file may contain the error that could help us to resolve the issue.

Hi,

Sorry, but it’s not quite clear what you mean. What do you mean by “live in full screen”? And what do you mean by “video apps lead to jamming”?

You can maximize SplitCam to full screen by following these steps:

1. First minimize the main SplitCam video.
2. You will see a floating SplitCam window which you can maximize to full screen by clicking the Maximize button at the top-right of the window.

If it’s ok for you we could agree to meet online so that you can show me your desktop and explain what problems your are experiencing.

Thank you for submitting the log file. According to this log file there’s no errors and the camera should work without problems.

SPLITCAM TECH SUPPORT / Re: Facing issue and need help
It looks like the Ctrl-R shortcut key is already used on your system by some other program. You can start/stop SplitCam recording using the global Alt-Shift-R shortcut. It is not required that SplitCam is active or even visible for Alt-Shift-... shortcuts to work. The only requirements is that those shortcuts don't interfere with other programs.

i found your problem your software it don't work heehh...when you can't share the app, so what i do is open another profile under the one dont work..i share my soundcard console it shows..then that shows me the share app will work...
then and only then can i use the browser


Sorry, but I can’t understand your explanation. What do you mean by “share the app”? what is “another profile”? what is “sound console” and how it is “shared”?

Hi. We found the source of this problem and have fixed it. The fix will be available with the next public release of SplitCam starting with version 10.6.55.
