SPLITCAM TECH SUPPORT / FPS falls
FPS jumps from 60 to zero and at this moment the stream lags teleports and the bitrate also jumps .. I correct the error, close the program, open the window, everything is fine. PTZ pro camera lagitech is also the same problem on cameras 1920 * 1080 30fps Windows 10 64x is installed on different computers
  video card 1080 and on another amd 580 they all work under Ryzen 5 3600 windows updated conflicts and problems through OBS .. how to fix it? *

Прыгает фпс с 60 до нуля и  в этот момент стрим лагает телепорты и битрейт тоже прыгает.. Исправляю ошибку закрываю программу открываю заного все хорошо.  Камера PTZ pro лагитеч так же такая же проблемма на камерах  1920*1080 30фпс На разных комьютерарах стоит виндоус 10 64х
 видиокарта 1080ти  а на другом амд 580   все они работают под райзеном 5 3600 виндоувс обновлен   конфликтов и проблем через ОБС нету..   как это исправить ?*
