There are 3 opportunities of \u201cDesktop\u201d mode. First is \u201cFull Screen\u201d to show whole your desktop. Next is \u201cPartial\u201d or \u201cFollowing by mouse\u201d, that means that SplitCam will show only that part of desktop that will be targeted by your mouse. And the last is \u201cSelected Screen\u201d, it means that you will show only part of desktop that you select by special frame. We will use full screen mode for broadcasting whole desktop.<\/p>\n<p>Now start pip-mode. Check pip box under SplitCam main video area how it\u2019s shown on video, and go to \u201cSources\u201d tab again. In the \u201cWebcam\u201d list select your webcam. Now in main window we have 2 pictures \u2013 one big with your desktop and small with your webcam stream \u2013 pip mode. Small window size and position can be changed.<\/p>\n<p>Next step is to adjust settings on Justin.tv. Start your browser and go to Justin.tv website, enter your account. In the top right corner you see \u201cGo live\u201d button. Click it.<\/p>\n<p>New window appears with small settings-window, press \u201cAllow\u201d green button. On the screen, in right bottom corner you see button with settings, click it to see settings. In new window, choose \u201cSetup Video\u201d and in the list select \u201cSplitCam Video Capture\u201d, then close it. Click the same button with preferences again, and choose \u201cSetup Audio\u201d. In this frame select \u201cSplitCam Audio Device\u201d as microphone. Settings are ready.<\/p>\n<p>Now users will see everything that happens on your desktop. You may show them pictures, videos, programs, some step-by-step instructions, anything you want. You may also input text over video. For this restore SplitCam window and go to \u201cEffects\u201d. Choose \u201cText\u201d tab. Now input any text. It will appear over the video image and it can be seen in Justin.tv service. At the same window you may change font size, style, color, and position. To input date and time above the video, go to \u201cDate and Time\u201d tab in SplitCam effects menu. Change date and time format, size, style, and then check \u201cShow Clock\u201d box. Now it\u2019s on your screen.
